Perform end-to-end handling of saturation listings, including detection, cleansing, investigation, and categorization, as well as maintaining consistent and professional communication with clients. ATLEAST 1 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE AS A CONTENT MODERATOR
Requirements
- 1 year of experience as a content moderator
- good communication skills, both verbal and written
- excellent multitasking and organizational skills
- strong attention to detail
- ability to work with minimal supervision
- experience in back-office / data entry work
- experience in repetitive work
- experience working in a fast-paced environment
- basic understanding of databases
