Requirements

This is a 6 – month contract position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Re-activate and progress key target accounts in Poland
  • Build access to new Tier 1 target accounts and secure qualified meetings with relevant stakeholders
  • Support local follow-up with operational, clinical, and commercial teams
  • Coordinate and help advance pilot, demo, proposal, and contract discussions together with AIRS Medical Europe
  • Identify, evaluate, and help progress suitable distributor or channel partner candidates in Poland
  • Contribute to commercial pipeline generation and contracted ARR growth in the market

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong business development experience in Poland
  • Experience in healthcare, medical devices, radiology, imaging IT, or related fields preferred
  • Ability to engage both senior decision-makers and local working-level stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills in Polish and English
  • Comfortable working independently while coordinating closely with a European leadership team
  • Able to move opportunities from initial engagement to commercial progression
  • Strong local market access and follow-up capability
  • Ability to work with both C-level and operational stakeholder
