We are seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to plan, build, and optimize email campaigns that drive engagement, nurture leads, and increase conversions. This role combines creative copywriting with technical ESP expertise and performance analytics.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional email marketing experience
- Proficiency in at least one major ESP (HubSpot, Klaviyo, Marketo, Mailchimp)
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (segmenting, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables)
- Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS for email templates
- Familiarity with deliverability monitoring tools (Litmus, GlockApps)
- Experience integrating ESPs with CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot)
