Requirements

  • More than 3 years of customer service experience in a call centre environment
  • Genuine passion for providing an unbeatable service and going the extra mile for customers
  • Competent with IT packages (especially G-Suite) and digital services
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Spanish
  • Rotating shifts within indicated hours, including Saturdays and Sundays
