- Early in editing career with a serious operation to learn from
- Knowledge of editing suite software such as Premiere, Final Cut, or DaVinci
- Organized and able to work independently
- Ability to take direction and work under supervision
- Fast and efficient in completing tasks
- Hungry for volume and reps in editing
- Cares about the mission of promoting open primaries and election reform
