Trilogy Federal is seeking a EDI Production Issue Coordinator to provide support for managing issues impacting VA’s Payer EDI operations. The candidate shall work with healthcare X12 EDI transactions and data mapping to research and resolve production issues.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree
- 8+ years of professional experience
- 4+ years of experience in EDI operations, healthcare technology troubleshooting, or Agile practices
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment
- Ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance
