Opportunity

Studio Incline is seeking a mid-level Ecommerce Marketing Manager to join our boutique creative + strategy studio. This role is hands-on and performance-driven, ideal for someone who understands how to grow revenue in an ecommerce environment while collaborating closely with creative teams.

You’ll start by owning key aspects of ecommerce marketing for a single outdoor-focused project, and over time expand to support additional ecommerce and consumer brand clients. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and optimization—you’ll help translate brand goals into full-fledged ecommerce campaigns that drive traffic, conversion, and repeat purchase.

You’ll work closely with our creative director, designers, marketing coordinator, and client stakeholders to develop strategies, communicate up-to-date best practices, launch, measure, and refine campaigns across performance marketing channels, website optimization, and product launches.

Compensation

  • $50–$75/hour depending on experience.

  • Offering 15–30 hours per week, on a project-by-project basis, with potential to grow.

  • Opportunities for expanded scope and ongoing work based on performance

Ecommerce Strategy & Execution

  • Own and execute ecommerce marketing initiatives for our key outdoor-focused client, with responsibility expanding to additional clients over time

  • Develop strategy and implementation for full-funnel ecommerce initiatives

  • Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and sales moments with clear goals, timelines, and performance benchmarks

Performance & Optimization

  • Track and report on ecommerce KPIs (traffic, conversion rate, AOV, CAC, ROAS, LTV, retention)

  • Analyze performance across channels and recommend data-driven optimizations

  • Partner with creative and paid media teams to iterate on messaging, creative, and offers based on results

Collaboration & Campaign Management

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, paid media partners, email/SMS managers, and the creative director

  • Brief creative teams on campaign goals, audiences, positioning, and performance insights

  • Manage campaign timelines and deliverables, ensuring alignment and on-time execution

Website & Lifecycle Marketing

  • Coordinate with developers or web managers on landing pages, PDP optimization, CRO opportunities, and tracking

  • Provide strategic input on email and SMS flows, campaigns, and segmentation to support acquisition and retention

  • Ensure consistency across site, email, and paid channels

  • Own key website updates and optimizations, landing page builds, tracking pixels, etc. working independently and with project-based designers and developers

Client Partnership

  • Act as a strategic partner to clients—clearly communicating performance insights, recommendations, and next steps

  • Adapt strategy across different ecommerce brands, categories, and growth stages as your client roster expands

Requirements and skills

  • 4–6 years of experience in ecommerce marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing

  • Hands-on experience with Shopify and ecommerce analytics

  • Strong working knowledge of tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Klaviyo, and related platforms

  • Solid understanding of both brand storytelling and performance-driven ecommerce growth

  • Comfortable translating data into clear actions for creative and client teams

  • Experience working with small teams, creative studios, or fast-moving brands preferred

  • Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple initiatives at once

  • Strong communicator who enjoys problem-solving and continuous improvement

Bonus Experience

  • Nutrition, outdoor, fitness, or CPG ecommerce brands

  • Email/SMS lifecycle strategy
