The n-komm Group of Companies is looking for an E-File Consultant ELO ECM to support public administrations in digital transformation with modern solutions around document management and electronic file management.
Requirements
- Counseling public administrations in the introduction and use of our electronic file solution based on ELO ECM
- Installation, configuration, and care of the ELO ECM environment
- Participation in customer projects – from requirement gathering to go-live
- Conducting training sessions and workshops for users and administrators
- Supporting our customers in ongoing operation and support
- Analysis and optimization of administrative processes in the digital environment
- Close collaboration with project management, development, and support
