Your Responsibilities

  • Assist customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Help users with bookings, changes, cancellations, and account-related questions
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and problem-solving support
  • Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience
  • Work closely with an international team

What We’re Looking For

  • Fluent Dutch
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Positive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable using digital tools and online systems
  • Team player with attention to detail

Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory!
