Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a skilled Dutch Customer Agent to work with a leading software company based in Athens, providing excellent customer support in Dutch and assisting with software inquiries and technical issues.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is required; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the software or technology sector.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient computer skills including CRM and support tools.
