About the Role
As a Driver/Tour Guide, you are the face of our luxury concierge service, responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality on every journey. Your role bridges premium transportation and cultural expertise, transforming standard travel into curated island experiences. You'll operate our fleet professionally while sharing authentic insights about Oahu's heritage, landmarks, and local character with discerning travelers.
What You'll Do
- Operate vehicles safely and professionally, maintaining the highest standards of guest comfort and safety
- Provide engaging, knowledgeable commentary about Honolulu attractions, Oahu history, and Hawaiian culture
- Plan and execute efficient routes while accommodating guest preferences and scheduling requirements
- Maintain vehicles in pristine condition, performing routine checks and coordinating maintenance
- Deliver personalized service that reflects luxury hospitality standards and company values
- Build genuine connections with guests, adapting your communication style to diverse international visitors
- Manage time effectively to ensure punctual pickups and arrivals for all scheduled tours and transfers
