Driver – Full Time (2nd Shift)

About the Role

As a full-time Driver with Progressions, you will operate out of our King Road site in Malvern, PA, and provide reliable transportation to each of our Malvern Health locations. This is a second-shift position working eight-hour days, Monday through Friday, from 3:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. The role offers a competitive compensation and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport individuals between Progressions and Malvern Health treatment locations
• Follow planned routes and adjust as needed to keep schedules running on time
• Conduct routine vehicle checks and report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and comfortable environment for every passenger
• Communicate clearly with staff to coordinate pickups, drop-offs, and appointment timing
• Comply with all traffic laws, company driving policies, and safety procedures

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean and safe driving record
• Availability to work the full second shift, 3:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., Monday through Friday
• Familiarity with the Chester County and Malvern, PA area is a plus
• Strong sense of punctuality, responsibility, and attention to passenger safety
• Courteous, patient, and professional demeanor when working with others
• Ability to work on-site; this is not a remote position
