Key Responsibilities

• Process and record all donor contributions accurately and promptly using the Tessitura platform.
• Safeguard the quality and consistency of constituent records, ensuring strong data integrity across the database.
• Assist with donor communications, acknowledgments, and recognition efforts that reinforce meaningful relationships.
• Prepare and deliver timely reports to support the development team's goals.
• Contribute to a thoughtful, well-organized stewardship experience for every contributor.

Qualifications

• Sharp attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in gift entry and recordkeeping.
• Comfort working with constituent or donor databases; familiarity with Tessitura is an asset.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage reporting deadlines reliably.
• Clear, professional communication suited to donor-facing stewardship and recognition.
• A collaborative approach and genuine interest in supporting nonprofit fundraising work.
