About the Role
As a Documentation Specialist, you will support an assigned program or project system by helping produce a wide range of documentation products. Working closely with colleagues and technical experts, you will ensure every deliverable is accurate, consistent, and aligned with established quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the creation of diverse documentation products for the systems tied to your assigned program or project.
- Partner with team members to build the materials they need, including end-user guides, technical reference documents, and supporting graphics.
- Confirm that all finished content follows the organization's defined styles, formats, and standards.
- Engage with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather information and develop technically accurate, reliable documentation.
- Review and refine materials so they remain consistent, current, and easy for end users to follow.
Qualifications
- Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills, with close attention to accuracy and detail.
- Ability to translate complex technical subject matter into clear, accessible documentation.
- Comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams and Subject Matter Experts to capture precise information.
- Familiarity with documentation styles, standards, and structured formatting practices.
- Willingness to work full-time, on-site in Bismarck, Burleigh County.
