What You'll Do Maintain full accounting oversight of the Guardian Division (annual sales of $30M), 3Point Brand Management Division (annual sales of $12M), and Zing Manufacturing Division (annual sales of $5M) Plan, implement, and supervise the division’s financial strategy Oversee in-office and international Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Collections team members Manage the division’s ledger accounts, reconciliations, budget, cash receipts, and cash disbursements Complete month-end close processes while adhering to US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) Ensure accuracy in monthly journal entries, accruals, and other workpapers Balance intercompany accounts and collaborate with the BAMKO (parent company) accounting team What We're Looking For We are seeking a highly skilled Divisional Accounting Manager who can effectively manage financial operations in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Key requirements include a strong background in US GAAP, experience with month-end close processes, and the ability to lead and mentor teams. A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required, along with a CPA or equivalent certification. Strong communication skills and the ability to work remotely are essential.
