Key Responsibilities

• Direct operations across three to five quick-service restaurant locations at the same time.
• Lead, coach, and support General Manager direct reports to drive results in each store.
• Maintain consistent operational, service, and quality standards throughout the district.
• Stay hands-on in the field, partnering closely with store teams to solve problems and improve performance.
• Help sustain momentum as the brand continues to add new units.

Qualifications

• Recent, demonstrated leadership experience within the QSR (quick-service restaurant) industry.
• Proven success managing three to five locations simultaneously with GM-level direct reports.
• A multi-unit background sized to this scope — candidates whose experience has centered on substantially larger districts are not the target fit for this role.
• A genuinely hands-on leadership style and a willingness to work alongside store teams.
