Director, Tech-Ops Supply Chain

Global Crossing Airlines is seeking a strategic, results-driven Director, Tech-Ops Supply Chain to lead centralized procurement operations from our Milam Dairy facility in Miami-Dade County. This full-time, on-site leadership role is ideal for a supply chain executive who thrives on building efficient, system-wide processes that keep an airline moving.

About the Role

As the Director, Tech-Ops Supply Chain, you will direct, plan, and manage the day-to-day operations of the company's centralized, system-wide Supply Chain Procurement department. You will be accountable for ensuring procurement runs smoothly and dependably, supporting the operational needs of every business unit across Global Crossing Airlines. The position carries full oversight of organization-wide procurement activity and the personnel who deliver it.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, organize, and oversee the daily activities of the centralized Supply Chain Procurement team
• Direct all procurement functions across the organization, ensuring consistency and efficiency company-wide
• Plan and control departmental operations so they reliably meet the requirements of every entity within the airline
• Supervise, develop, and manage supply chain personnel to maintain strong performance and accountability
• Establish and refine procurement processes that improve efficiency and operational reliability

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience directing supply chain, procurement, or sourcing operations
• Strong ability to plan, organize, and control complex, multi-entity procurement activities
• Demonstrated success managing and developing department personnel
• Sound judgment in driving operational efficiency across a system-wide function
• Comfortable working on-site full-time in Miami-Dade County
