What You'll Do Develop and execute production plans that support oral solid dosage and sterile product output. Ensure compliance with FDA, EMA, and other relevant regulations through robust quality systems. Lead talent development, including recruitment, coaching, and performance management for production staff. Drive initiatives for cost reduction, waste minimization, and technology adoption. What We're Looking For Bachelor’s degree in engineering, life sciences, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. 10+ years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or director role. Proven track record managing CDMO or contract manufacturing operations involving oral solids and sterile products. Deep knowledge of cGMP, process validation, and regulatory submission requirements. Strong analytical skills with experience using data‑driven approaches to improve throughput and quality. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to influence stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated success in building and mentoring high‑performing teams. Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar continuous‑improvement methodologies.
