About the Role As Director of Product Management for Global Store Discovery, you will own the strategy, roadmap, experimentation, and cross-functional delivery for the surfaces that connect shoppers with products on iHerb's global platform. Your portfolio covers the homepage, search (including AI-powered search), product listing pages, navigation, promotional and campaign landing experiences, personalized feeds, and other browse and discovery touchpoints. The goal: more discoverable products, deeper engagement, stronger conversion, and lasting customer loyalty for both first-time and returning visitors. Key Responsibilities Define and lead the global product vision and roadmap for store discovery across all devices. Own the homepage as the primary brand and discovery entry point, driving personalization, layout, localization, and curated merchandising in partnership with Marketing. Lead the end-to-end search frontend, advancing semantic and vector-based retrieval, multilingual support, and search-quality metrics alongside Data Science and Engineering. Optimize product listing pages — card design, sorting, filtering, pagination, and behavior-driven ranking for a mobile-first experience. Shape global navigation architecture, taxonomy, internal linking, and SEO-aligned site structure that scales across international markets. Own promotional, deals, seasonal, and campaign discovery surfaces optimized for conversion at scale. Mentor a team of Product Managers and establish experimentation rigor and KPI accountability. Define and track metrics including search conversion, PLP add-to-cart rates, revenue per visitor, personalization lift, and navigation funnel efficiency, championing A/B testing throughout. Qualifications Proven track record owning large-scale, customer-facing discovery experiences across web and mobile. Deep expertise in ecommerce search, browse, navigation, personalization, ranking, faceting, and conversion optimization.
