About the Role Reporting to the VP of Product, the Director, Product Management at Dragos sets strategy and drives delivery across several product areas within the Dragos Platform while building and growing a high-performing team of product managers. Success depends on hands-on experience shipping world-class cybersecurity products spanning asset discovery and identification, threat detection, MDR, and XDR. Familiarity with the OT market is strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities Own product strategy and execution across assigned areas of the Dragos Platform, with accountability for customer, business, and delivery results. Guide the capabilities feeding the Dragos Intelligence Fabric — OT telemetry ingestion, adversary research, vulnerability intelligence, and asset data — to sharpen the speed and accuracy of platform insights. Lead, mentor, and grow product managers while raising the bar for rigor, craft, and individual development. Partner with customers, design partners, and internal teams to surface high-value problems and ship solutions with measurable impact. Embed customer discovery and validation throughout the product lifecycle and represent the voice of the customer in strategic forums. Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience to prioritize delivery and drive go-to-market readiness, launches, POCs, and enablement. Track market trends, competitive moves, and OT regulatory shifts to inform prioritization. Qualifications 10+ years in enterprise B2B cybersecurity product management, including 4+ years managing people. Enterprise software, cybersecurity, or OT/ICS industry background, with product ownership across MDR/XDR, threat intelligence, and cloud/SaaS. Proven experience shipping AI- or ML-powered features in partnership with data science teams. Track record launching products for Global 2000 organizations across multiple geographies. Strength in customer discovery, KPI-driven prioritization, and cross-functional alignment. Confidence presenting roadmaps and business cases to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
