Director, Pricing Operations

Arcwood Environmental, LLC is seeking a strategic, analytically minded Director, Pricing Operations to lead pricing strategy and execution from our Indianapolis, Marion County headquarters. This is a full-time, on-site leadership opportunity to shape how a nationwide environmental services leader prices and delivers value.

About the Role

As Director, Pricing Operations, you will own the frameworks, processes, and analytics that drive profitable, consistent pricing across Arcwood Environmental's waste management business. Partnering closely with sales, finance, and operations teams, you will translate market insight and cost data into pricing decisions that support sustainable growth across a fast-expanding national footprint based out of Indianapolis.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, refine, and govern pricing strategies, models, and policies that balance competitiveness with margin goals.
• Lead the day-to-day pricing operations function, including quoting workflows, approvals, and exception handling.
• Analyze cost structures, market trends, and customer data to inform pricing recommendations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, finance, and operations to align pricing with business objectives.
• Establish reporting and KPIs that measure pricing performance and surface opportunities for improvement.
• Mentor and develop a team while championing process discipline and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in pricing, revenue operations, or commercial finance, ideally in services or industrial sectors.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to build pricing models and interpret complex data sets.
• Demonstrated success partnering with sales and finance to operationalize pricing strategy.
• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders.
• Comfort working on-site in Indianapolis, Marion County in a full-time capacity.
