About the Role As Director, Partner Ecosystems – APAC, you will own a region-wide partner strategy that fuels BeyondTrust's sales and growth ambitions across a varied and complex landscape. Reporting to the Vice President, Partner Ecosystems, you will act as a senior ambassador for the company — guiding a team of Partner Managers, deepening strategic alliances, and setting the standard for leadership excellence across the region. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a team of Partner Managers, aligning them around APAC go-to-market priorities and a culture of accountability and continuous learning. Design and deliver a bold ecosystem plan spanning VARs, VADs, Service Delivery Partners, System Integrators, and Technology Alliance Partners. Build and nurture executive-level partner relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic influencer. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and enablement leaders to equip partners with the resources, insights, and support to succeed. Oversee partner enablement programs covering sales, technical, and certification readiness. Manage channel conflict, enforce rules of engagement, and ensure consistent, fair, and compliant program adoption. Guide joint business planning and lead effective monthly and quarterly business reviews. Qualifications 7+ years of partner management experience within software security across APAC, with demonstrated leadership impact. Proven success building ecosystems in Australia, India, and Southeast Asia. 3+ years leading and developing high-performing partner management teams. Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets through strategy, influence, and partner execution. Deep knowledge of APAC partner ecosystems and the ability to lead through cultural diversity. Strength in strategic joint business planning and collaborative partner execution. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; exceptional executive communication, storytelling, and data-driven decision-making skills. Nice to have: ecosystem-building experience in India, existing senior partner relationships, and familiarity with Salesforce CRM, PRM, and reporting tools.
