Position Summary As Associate Dean and Director of Student Academic Affairs, you'll lead comprehensive academic support systems and co-curricular initiatives that foster student growth and achievement. Reporting to the Dean of the College, you'll work at the intersection of curriculum, advising, professional development, and student welfare—building programs and policies that strengthen student outcomes while advancing the College's academic mission.
