Role Overview
Lead Radformation‘s commercial growth strategy throughout the LATAM region, driving revenue expansion through direct sales and distributor partnerships.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute commercial strategy, own bookings and pipeline generation, collaborate with Channel Manager, evaluate and develop distributors, and manage direct sales activities.

Requirements
- 5+ years of radiation oncology sales experience
- 3+ years of sales leadership or sales team management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Radiation Therapy, Medical Physics, or a related field
- Experience managing both direct and distributor-led sales models across multiple countries
- Experience leading remote teams across multiple countries and cultures
- Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese
- Proficiency with CRM software and analytics; Salesforce preferred

- Base salary: Equivalent of $120,000–$125,000 USD
- On-target earnings (OTE): Equivalent of $240,000–$250,000 USD
