Quavo, Inc. is hiring a Director of GTM Enablement to build and lead our go-to-market enablement function as a full-time leader in the United States. In this hands-on, player-coach role, you'll architect enablement strategy and execute day-to-day initiatives that drive faster ramp times, higher win rates, and stronger retention across our fast-scaling, PE-backed fintech organization. About This Position You'll establish our enablement function from the ground up, defining strategy, operating cadence, and building your team as we scale. Reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations & GTM Enablement, you'll partner with Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Solutions, Support, Product Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations to create a measurable, scalable enablement engine. Your charge is to modernize how the organization learns and performs through AI-assisted content, AI Role-Play simulations, and data-driven coaching that transforms field execution. What You'll Do Build enablement strategy, charter, and metrics aligned to pipeline quality, win rates, ramp time, and retention outcomes Design and deploy AI-first programs including AI Role-Play, scenario-based certifications, call coaching, and personalized learning paths Drive adoption of MEDDPICC sales discipline and complementary methodologies (Sandler, Challenger, GAP Selling) through structured training and reinforcement Create comprehensive onboarding and certification paths for Account Executives, Account Managers, Customer Success professionals, SDRs, BDRs, and Sales Coordinators Launch recurring training (weekly, monthly), deal coaching, competitive readiness initiatives, and quarterly refreshers tied to field performance Establish AI-powered coaching loops using call recordings and deal data to identify patterns and drive targeted rep reinforcement Develop messaging frameworks, discovery guides, demo narratives, objection handling guides, and segment-specific plays Own Seismic platform governance, content architecture, information organization, version control, and usage reporting Partner with Product Marketing on release enablement, pricing updates, and competitive training rollouts Equip frontline managers with coaching frameworks, 1:1 tools, scorecards, and reinforcement guides Track enablement impact through ramp velocity, conversion rates, win rates, and engagement metrics Skills & Qualifications 8+ years of Sales Enablement, GTM Enablement, or Revenue Enablement experience in high-growth SaaS Proven success building and scaling enablement programs in high-growth (preferably PE-backed) SaaS organizations as both individual contributor and leader Deep expertise with MEDDPICC and demonstrated success…
