Yumwoof Natural Pet Food Inc

Yumwoof is looking for a Director of Growth Marketing to own the next stage of our growth, leading a full-funnel DTC strategy and driving experimentation across landing pages, offers, funnels, and creative.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, DTC e-commerce growth roles
  • Deep understanding of Meta and modern DTC acquisition strategy
  • Strong experience with landing pages, funnels, CRO, and experimentation
  • Highly analytical and data-driven — you turn data into hypotheses, not just reports
  • Experience managing agencies and cross-functional growth initiatives
  • Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, MER, attribution, and funnel metrics
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-growth environment with ambiguity
  • Experience in subscription, wellness, pet, food, or premium consumer brands is a plus
