Requirements
- 5+ years in business development or sales with a demonstrable track record of generating and closing new business
- Experience selling professional services, financial services, or B2B advisory solutions
- Proven ability to build pipeline from scratch through outbound prospecting, networking, and relationship development
- Fluency with CRM platforms and modern sales technology (email automation, prospecting tools, campaign analytics)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; self-starter with urgency and accountability
