Role Overview

Lead the initiative to embed AI across Claritev‘s provider network, unlocking new value across one of the largest healthcare ecosystems in the country. Spearhead the evolution of AI capabilities, leveraging generative AI and advanced analytics to move from experimentation to production-grade solutions.

What You Will Do

Build AI for Claritev‘s Provider Network, enhance AI operations, lead R&D efforts, AI product innovation, program leadership, stakeholder collaboration, and ensure ethical AI/ML practices.

Why It Might Be a Fit

10+ years in Data Science / AI, 5+ years in R&D or advanced analytics innovation, experience building 0→1 AI products or platforms, and 3+ years mentoring or managing technical talent.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in a quantitative field; Master’s or PhD preferred
• 10+ years in Data Science / AI
• 5+ years in R&D or advanced analytics innovation
• Experience building 0→1 AI products or platforms
• 3+ years mentoring or managing technical talent
• Deep expertise in modeling, algorithms, and statistical methods
• Strong proficiency in Python and modern AI/GenAI ecosystems
• Experience operationalizing AI systems at scale
• Ability to identify high-value opportunities in complex systems
• Strong product and systems thinking mindset
