Power Digital is recruiting a Director of Account Based Marketing for a full-time remote position, where you'll lead ABM strategy and execution across our B2B client portfolio. This is a hands-on director role combining strategic architecture with execution—developing account-based frameworks, managing intent platforms, and driving measurable revenue impact through coordinated multi-channel campaigns. Role Overview You'll establish and scale Power Digital's account-based marketing discipline across B2B engagements. As both strategist and practitioner, you translate target account intelligence into coordinated campaigns—managing account selection, intent analysis, platform orchestration, and revenue attribution. You'll serve as our principal ABM expert, advising clients directly and leading internal teams across strategy, paid media, content, creative, and lifecycle to eliminate silos and deliver unified, account-focused programs. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Own end-to-end ABM strategy for B2B clients—account selection, tiering, intent signal integration, and channel orchestration through to revenue impact Architect and manage 6Sense and Demandbase implementations, including intent data workflows, account scoring models, and predictive analytics Translate go-to-market plans into executable ABM programs and playbooks in partnership with account leadership Coordinate Paid Media, Content, Creative, and Email teams to deliver unified account messaging rather than siloed campaigns Build and own the ABM measurement framework—pipeline influenced, account engagement, and funnel velocity metrics Present ABM strategy and performance directly to clients; lead discovery sessions on account-based approaches Mentor Strategy and ABM teams on platform proficiency and account-based best practices Identify and implement efficiency improvements in ABM delivery processes Leverage AI tools to optimize ABM workflows and enhance reporting Skills & Qualifications 7+ years in B2B marketing strategy or account-based marketing (agency or in-house) Essential hands-on expertise with 6Sense, Demandbase, or equivalent ABM/intent platforms—this is non-negotiable Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, and their integration with ABM technology Deep expertise in intent data, predictive scoring, account tiering, and cross-channel operationalization Proven ability to manage multiple B2B programs concurrently with excellent project management Comfort presenting strategy to clients and facilitating high-level discovery conversations Collaborative leadership style; adept at driving cross-functional initiatives without direct authority Agency experience valued but not required Why Join Power Digital Power Digital is a growth-focused firm merging marketing, consulting,…
