Power Digital is hiring a Director of Account Based Marketing for a full-time, fully remote role based in Argentina. You'll drive account-based marketing strategy and execution across our B2B client portfolio, using intent data and predictive analytics to connect target accounts to measurable pipeline growth. What This Role Involves You'll serve as the strategic lead for account-based marketing across Power Digital's B2B practice. This role combines hands-on work with intent platforms and marketing technology—architecting account selection strategies, scoring models, and multi-channel orchestration plans—with leadership of cross-functional execution teams. You're equally comfortable designing complex workflows and implementing them when the moment demands. What You'll Do Establish and refine account-based marketing strategies for B2B clients, including account selection, tiering frameworks, and intent signal integration Own implementations of 6Sense, Demandbase, or comparable ABM and intent data platforms, configuring account scoring and predictive workflow models Translate intent signals and engagement patterns into actionable tier assignments and campaign triggers for paid media, content, and email teams Develop repeatable ABM audit methodologies, playbooks, and go-to-market strategy frameworks in partnership with the B2B strategy group Coordinate across all marketing channels—paid media, organic search, creative services, email—to ensure account-focused campaigns function as unified programs rather than isolated efforts Establish measurement frameworks that connect account engagement and activity to pipeline advancement and revenue attribution Lead client-facing strategy presentations and discovery conversations around account-based approaches Coach strategy and ABM team members to build platform expertise and account-based methodology knowledge Apply emerging AI tools to improve ABM execution and reporting systems Identify operational improvements in ABM service delivery and drive implementation Support Revenue Development and Deal Strategy teams on complex ABM approaches for new and scaling business opportunities What You Bring 7+ years of B2B marketing strategy or ABM experience (in-house, agency, or both), with proven track record managing account-based programs end-to-end Hands-on platform expertise with 6Sense, Demandbase, or equivalent ABM and intent data solutions—this is a core requirement Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken Deep working knowledge of core B2B marketing technology (Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot) and how they integrate with ABM platforms Strong grasp of intent data use,…
