Gridlines is a rapidly growing financial modelling consultancy practice looking for an experienced Director to lead the growth and development of the financial modelling team, develop and inspire a market-leading team, and drive continuous improvement and innovation in financial modelling methodologies and tools.
Requirements
- Lead in the growth and development of the financial modelling team
- Lead multiple teams across a portfolio of active assignments
- Provide strategic guidance and insight into the structuring and development of models
- Discuss commercial issues with clients and ensure they are accurately reflected in the model
- Lead in the development and enhancement of financial modelling methodologies and tools
- Lead in the planning of resources across the team
- Develop and inspire a market-leading team
- Instil a collaborative, high-performing culture
- Lead in the growth of the financial modelling practice
- Lead in the business development and growth ambitions of a key sector of the business
- Lead in the development of client pitches
