Who We're Looking For A minimum of 10 years' experience in maintenance management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Demonstrated expertise in facility management and sustainability practices. Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a team effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across departments.
