In this senior finance position, you'll partner directly with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to drive strategic financial planning, performance management, and board reporting at an enterprise level. The Opportunity This is a pivotal leadership position overseeing the comprehensive FP&A function. You'll own financial planning cycles, forecasting frameworks, and performance management systems that guide strategic decision-making across the organization. Working closely with 3iQ's parent company (Coincheck Group) and sister companies, you'll align financial strategy, champion enterprise-wide FP&A best practices, and establish standardized reporting frameworks. This role requires a financially astute leader who combines analytical rigor with business acumen—someone who translates complex financial data into clear narratives for the executive team and board. What You'll Do Lead annual budgeting, multi-year strategic planning, rolling forecasts, and variance analysis across business units Build and maintain dynamic, formula-driven P&L structures, balance sheet forecasts, and comprehensive cash flow models Prepare executive memos, board reporting packages, risk documentation, and strategic business cases for senior leadership Conduct scenario analysis and stress testing for new business initiatives, partnerships, M&A opportunities, and product launches Review sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, AUM projections, and management fee models, synthesizing inputs across the organization Develop and maintain monthly management reporting tracking performance against targets and surfacing key risks and opportunities Identify, quantify, and communicate financial risks and opportunities including AUM sensitivity, fee revenue exposure, and cost drivers Partner with IT and system vendors on financial platform implementations and integrations to support business growth Mentor finance team members and advance FP&A capabilities across the organization What We're Looking For 8+ years of FP&A experience with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership capacity Background in Asset Management, Financial Services, or a regulated financial environment (strongly preferred) Proven expertise owning enterprise-wide financial planning cycles and board-level reporting Experience in multi-entity corporate structures, parent company reporting, or inter-company financial management Advanced financial modeling skills—confident building, auditing, and managing complex, dynamic models Ability to synthesize large datasets into clear, actionable…
