DIRECTOR, EMAIL DELIVERABILITYPostscriptAnywhere in the World - Remote About the Role At Postscript, a fully remote company since 2018 and backed by Greylock and Y Combinator, we are expanding our platform to include email deliverability. As the Director of Email Deliverability, you will be responsible for building and leading our email deliverability function from scratch. This includes IP and domain architecture, authentication standards, reputation monitoring, and mailbox-provider relationships. You will also serve as a trusted advisor to our customers, helping them migrate and scale their email programs on Postscript. Key Responsibilities Build and lead the email deliverability function from ground up Develop IP and domain architecture, authentication standards, and reputation monitoring strategies Maintain strong relationships with mailbox providers to ensure optimal deliverability Provide expert advice to customers on optimizing their email programs for better inbox placement Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to shape the deliverability tooling and infrastructure Work with Customer Success and Support teams to keep customer programs healthy and deliverable Qualifications Proven experience in email deliverability, preferably in a leadership role Demonstrated success in building and maintaining sender reputation across multiple ISPs Expertise in IP and domain management for high-volume senders Strong understanding of authentication standards such as SPF, DKIM, and DMARC Experience with mailbox provider relationships and communication strategies Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex deliverability issues Strong communication and leadership abilities to mentor and guide team members More About Postscript Postscript is the AI messaging platform trusted by over 20,000 Shopify brands, including Brooklinen, Ruggable, True Classic, and Dr. Squatch.
