About the Role As Director, Client Services- APAC at StackAdapt you hold a client-facing leadership post charged with establishing the direction for a rapidly expanding territory. You will expand and steer a capable Client Services function, working with regional and global executives to secure strong client results, lift retention, advance commercial progress and uphold operational standards throughout APAC. The post sits in Singapore or Sydney and reports to the SVP, Global Client Services. You will manage a cadre of leaders spanning multiple markets, lift leadership capability, tighten regional processes and ensure teams continue to provide outstanding service. As part of the Global Client Services Leadership Team you will convey the APAC perspective, help determine worldwide direction and drive programmes that evolve Client Services practice across the business. Core Duties Coach and support managers so the team gains the development, backing and tools needed to build enduring careers and produce excellent client outcomes. Lead retention and expansion plans that give partners clear, measurable value and encourage greater platform investment. Collaborate with regional sales groups on account planning and renewals so new revenue is won and the platform’s fit with client needs is proved. Meet client executives and appear at key industry gatherings to create trusted relationships and resolve complex service issues across the region. Refine everyday regional processes and monitor transparent performance measures so teams deliver efficiently without burnout. Work with Legal and Revenue Operations colleagues to navigate local data-privacy rules, keeping operations secure and compliant in differing APAC jurisdictions. Partner with global Product, Marketing and Sales teams to feed local-market insights into the product roadmap so features address genuine regional requirements. Skills & Qualifications Ten or more years in client services, customer success or account management within programmatic advertising, digital media or adtech.
