Day-to-Day Responsibilities Define and advance the Business Intelligence strategy, governance model, and multi-quarter roadmap for dashboards, metrics, and analytical capability. Lead cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex questions into prioritized use cases, KPI frameworks, and executive-ready storytelling. Direct design and delivery of enterprise reports, interactive visualizations, and self-service analytic products that scale across teams. Oversee data quality practices, semantic layer clarity, and consistency of definitions so metrics remain reliable and well documented. Coach and develop analytics talent while coordinating work with data engineering and related technology partners on pipelines and platforms. Evaluate BI and analytics tooling options, optimize usage of existing investments, and champion adoption and training programs.
