Role Overview
The Director, Broker Channel Sales is responsible for developing, managing, and growing the broker distribution channel for the Association Health Plan (AHP). This role exists to drive scalable growth by increasing broker engagement, quote activity, and quote-to-close performance. The role reports to the VP, Benefits and plays a critical part in strengthening the organization’s market presence, expanding association membership, and delivering predictable, recurring premium revenue.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include broker relationship management, broker recruitment and activation, sales pipeline and quote growth, market and competitive intelligence, and collaboration and channel alignment.

- Active Health Insurance Producer License
