About the Role

As a Direct Care Staff professional with Spread Your Wings., you will provide direct, person-centered support that empowers individuals to thrive in their own homes and communities. This is an on-site, full-time position based in Roseland, Sonoma County, scheduled Sunday through Thursday from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The role pays $20 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver daily Supported Living Services that promote each client's independence, safety, and well-being.
• Safely assist clients with physical transfers, including lifting and repositioning.
• Build trusting, respectful relationships that support each individual's personal goals.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure consistent, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience transferring and lifting clients is required.
• Availability for the full-time Sunday–Thursday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM shift.
• A dependable, caring attitude and a genuine commitment to supporting others.
• Reliable transportation, as mileage reimbursement is provided for work-related travel.
