About the Role As the Digital Customer Success Campaign Manager at Recorded Future, you will own the design and delivery of scaled, lifecycle-based customer communications. Blending customer success strategy with hands-on technical execution, you will steer users through every stage of their journey—helping them reach early value, adopt the product, and unlock the full return on their investment. This full-time position is based in Boston, MA, with on-site work at the Recorded Future office at least three days per week. Key Responsibilities Build and automate end-to-end customer journeys within Gainsight to systematically advance users through the customer lifecycle. Craft persuasive copy and clean templates that nudge customers toward key milestones—onboarding completion, product training, certifications, and business reviews. Manage audience segmentation and data ingestion to deliver precisely targeted enablement based on real-time behavior, entitlements, and lifecycle stage. Run ongoing A/B and multivariate testing on subject lines, copy, layouts, and behavioral triggers to refine messaging that motivates action. Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance against goals such as customer health scores, feature adoption, milestone completion, and retention. Partner with Product, Customer Success leadership, Marketing, Training, and system owners to align goals, maintain brand consistency, and coordinate schedules. Qualifications 5–7 years of experience in email marketing or digital communications. Proficiency with CSS, HTML, and email testing. A data-driven, analytical approach to campaign optimization. Strong communication skills across formats and audiences, with sharp attention to detail. Hands-on experience creating and managing email campaigns in platforms such as HubSpot, Eloqua, Pardot, Marketo, or Constant Contact. Familiarity with Gainsight Journey Orchestrator is a plus.
