Digital Archive Assistant (Temp) at Hachette Book Group - New York City, New York Role Overview This role will provide operational and production support across Hachette’s Digital Asset Management (DAM) system and Print-on-Demand (POD) workflows. The assistant will work closely with our Senior Manager of Digital Operations, Digital Operations Associates, and Production team to ensure assets are correctly sourced, prepared, named, and uploaded into the DAM system. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Assist in the management and organization of digital assets within the DAM system Prepare and upload content for Print-on-Demand (POD) projects Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate and timely asset delivery Ensure all files are properly named, tagged, and organized for easy retrieval Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and efficient workflow within the DAM system What We're Looking For A strong attention to detail and organizational skills Experience with digital asset management systems or similar environments is preferred Familiarity with file naming conventions and metadata tagging Excellent communication and collaboration abilities A proactive approach to problem-solving and task management Working at Hachette Book Group Hachette Book Group is a dynamic and innovative company dedicated to the art of publishing.
