About the Role

As a Diesel Fuel System Technician at Dakota Diesel Service, you'll diagnose and repair complex fuel delivery systems that keep diesel engines running smoothly. This hands-on position focuses on precision work with fuel system components, requiring both technical expertise and meticulous attention to detail.

What You'll Do

• Perform diesel fuel system repair and diagnosis on customer equipment
• Diagnose and repair inline and rotary fuel pumps
• Rebuild mechanical fuel injectors to manufacturer specifications
• Test common rail injectors to verify proper operation
• Test unit injectors and troubleshoot fuel delivery issues
• Maintain accurate service documentation and work records
• Collaborate with other technicians to complete repairs efficiently

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of diesel shop experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Proficiency with fuel system testing equipment and precision tools
• Attention to detail in component inspection and rebuilding
