Job Description- Google Dialogflow developer (Remote – USA)

Contract type – Contract / C2C
Contract duration – 9 months
We are seeking a talented Conversational AI Engineer to join our growing team. In this remote role, you will be pivotal in designing, developing, and maintaining intelligent chatbots powered by Google Dialogflow. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of conversational AI projects, from conceptualization to deployment and optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement engaging conversational flows using Google Dialogflow for various applications and platforms.
- Develop, test, and deploy robust conversational agents that meet user needs and project requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, engineering) to integrate chatbots seamlessly into existing systems and applications.
- Continuously improve the natural language understanding (NLU) and overall performance of conversational agents through customization and optimization techniques.
- Implement context-aware conversations and design conversation flows that handle complex user queries effectively.
- Integrate Google Dialogflow with external systems, APIs, and databases to enhance the functionality and intelligence of chatbots.
- Analyze user interaction data and identify opportunities to improve the user experience.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in conversational AI and Google Dialogflow.
Qualifications:
- At least four to five years of IT experience.
- GCP Certification is mandatory.
- Proven experience designing and developing conversational user interfaces (CUIs) or chatbots.
- Expertise in Google Dialogflow, including a strong understanding of intents, entities, dialog flows, and fulfillment.
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) concepts is a plus.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
