We are seeking a DevOps Engineer for our T-Cloud Public team. As a DevOps Engineer, you will develop APIs, services, and data structures that support training paths, onboarding flows, and platform automation. You will work closely with the frontend developer, product teams, and an offshore development team to deliver stable backend functionality and keep all services secure and reliable.
Requirements
- Backend development experience with languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js
- Ability to design and build APIs and data structures for dynamic learning and onboarding flows
- Understanding of ServiceNow CSM workflows, tables, data models, and integration points
- Experience with cloud environments, platform services, or comparable enterprise systems
- Familiarity with IaC tools and automation methods as well as the integration of NEOS-based setups
- Ability to coordinate with offshore developers and maintain consistent delivery quality
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and troubleshooting backend issues
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to real user scenarios
- Background in B2B or enterprise environments is helpful
- English language proficiency at B2 level
