Role Overview
Serves as a key contributor in front-end billing within the revenue cycle, reviewing and analyzing claims prior to submission to ensure accuracy.
What You Will Do
Supports clean claim submission and full account resolution, enhances customer satisfaction throughout the billing process, and strengthens financial stability and scalability through accurate demographic and claim management.

Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- 2+ years of related experience
- Intermediate computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with Imagine billing software and Availity clearinghouse
