Role Overview
The Data Center Technician is responsible for the reliable operation, maintenance, and optimization of mission-critical data center infrastructure. This role serves as a technical authority on shift, leading operational execution, mentoring junior technicians, and ensuring adherence to safety, change management, and operational excellence standards.
What You Will Do
Ensure that all MEP plant and distribution infrastructure is operated and maintained in a safe manner, monitor power and environmental conditions, perform assigned maintenance tasks, and respond to site incidents.

Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 2+ years experience working in a Data Center
- Evidence of self-management and alignment with ever-changing priorities
- Good written and oral communication skills, tenacity, and working to a high level of accuracy
