What This Role Involves This position sits at the intersection of technical implementation and strategic analytics. You'll own the complete measurement infrastructure for multiple accounts, ensuring that every conversion, interaction, and customer touchpoint flows accurately through tracking systems and surfaces as clear, meaningful reports. Rather than surface-level metrics, you'll build attribution models and reporting layers that reveal genuine ROI and drive smarter marketing decisions across paid advertising channels. Your Responsibilities Design and deploy advanced Google Tag Manager implementations, including server-side container configurations and complex tracking architecture. Validate conversion tracking across paid channels including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other advertising platforms. Implement and maintain conversion pixels, Conversion APIs, and other measurement methods to strengthen attribution accuracy. Oversee GA4 configuration including custom dimensions, event tracking, enhanced measurement, and multi-domain setups. Create intuitive, business-focused dashboards in Looker Studio or native reporting platforms that highlight genuine performance outcomes. Conduct analytics audits to uncover tracking gaps, tag failures, attribution errors, and data quality issues across accounts. Diagnose and resolve tracking failures, data inconsistencies, and measurement discrepancies with systematic troubleshooting. Define and implement custom data layers that capture dynamic events, form interactions, and conversion actions. Integrate APIs, webhooks, and CRM platforms to ensure conversion data flows seamlessly across the marketing technology stack. Translate technical findings into clear business insights for account teams and stakeholders. Monitor data quality continuously and investigate performance anomalies before they impact decision-making. Ensure all tracking implementations meet privacy standards and adapt to modern constraints like iOS privacy changes and browser limitations. Requirements Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Tag Manager and GA4 in complex, multi-client tracking environments. Strong background in paid media conversion tracking across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other advertising platforms.
