Role Overview
Provide excellent customer service in Czech to Czech-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat channels, assisting with travel bookings and inquiries.
What You Will Do
Deliver exceptional customer service, assist with booking inquiries, resolve customer complaints, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with internal teams.
