We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team, who will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment to resolve customer issues, provide accurate information and assistance, and gather customer feedback to improve products and services.
Requirements
- Become a product expert to provide accurate information and assistance to customers and colleagues
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, or video conferencing
- Document and track customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints using the company’s CRM system
