Maple

Maple is hiring Customer Support Coordinators to join their Customer Support team in June 2026. The role involves handling live chat and email conversations, troubleshooting platform issues, and delivering a high-quality support experience. The team is fully remote within Canada, with shifts covering 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM Eastern Time, seven days a week.

Requirements

  • Customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality, call centre, or administrative support
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities at once and stay organized
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a digital environment
  • Experience with AI tools to improve productivity and streamline workflows
  • Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure and take ownership of work
