As a Customer Support Associate (Self-Service), you'll play a crucial role in supporting our self-service customers, ensuring they have the resources they need for successful product adoption and growth. Core Duties Support self-service customers by performing proactive outreach and answering common product and account questions during onboarding. Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate Customer Experience team members and surface expansion opportunities. Maintain and organize self-service resources, ensuring they are easy for customers to find and use. Track common customer questions, onboarding challenges, and recurring themes, sharing insights with the Customer Experience team to improve the customer journey. Monitor key Product-Led Growth (PLG) metrics, including new self-service signups, customer outreach, response rates, etc. What We're Looking For A passion for privacy and a commitment to data protection principles. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms. Experience in customer support or related field is preferred but not required. Strong organizational and time management skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
